9:00 am Update 10/19/06

Mom just spoke with the nurse in Germany. He is doing well. He was able to sip blended food through a straw today for the first time. He had been drinking only water until now. He has had lots of "visitors", the military liaisons, chaplins and other medical personnel who all think that Josh is the most fun to hang around. As we ALL know!

Plans to get him back in the US are still on track and mom and dad should be able to get to him soon.
